Detached single-family home with waterfall pool on glass built in beach side of Marbella´s Golden Mile, at few steps of the sea on the Casablanca urbanisation. Designed to the smallest detail by well-known architect Ignacio García IGGA International, our architecture practice on Marbella, this modern detached house is synonym of luxury and exclusivity.

This is how we did it

We performed a global service beyond construction. We studied promoter´s idea and found the plot of land. We made the design and architectural project. We managed and obtained licenses. We built the house with sustainable construction standards. And we designed the interiors and landscape, offering the highest level of luxury living by the sea.
