We just completed the comprehensive reform of an old apartment located in front of the sea in the Cádiz building, belonging to the exclusive complex of Playas del Duque, in the best area of Puerto Banús. The 125 sqm house was empty, without occupants, and in poor condition, with old pipes and humidity due to water leakage.

The works consisted in the full refurbishment work, including new facilities of water, drainage, electricity and air conditioning under ceiling facilities, marble tiles on the floor and bathrooms walls, LED lighting, new full equipped kitchen, complete bathrooms, new doors, wardrobes and aluminum carpentry, among others.
