New water, drainage, electricity and air conditioning under ceiling facilities, marble tiles on the floor and bathrooms walls, LED lighting, new full equipped kitchen, complete bathrooms, new doors and wardrobes, new aluminum carpentry, chimney, among others. Interior design and furniture included.
