The project describes a family dwelling of contemporary style located in the Urbanisation Casablanca, a residential area with direct access to the beach which is only a few steps from the center of the Marbella city, its luxurious shops and restaurants.
The new house will replace to another house of more than fifty years old that is going to be demolished due to their poor state of conservation.
Finished the design and technical project. Waiting for the construction permit to begin the works.
